Great experience here! Sushi was good and BOGO, so 15 for 2 rolls was a great deal. Service was good and they were able to seat the 2 of us immediately at 7:30pm on a Friday. Only downside was that they don’t have physical menus, only the online/QR code menu, and it’s a pretty big menu so scrolling through it was really annoying.

Super awesome vibe! Everyone is laid back and its really fun to eat on the patio and check everything out. The sushi is great and the rolls have cool names...be sure to get the buy one get one free deal. The food doesn't come out fast especially if you order a non-sushi item but you don't really go there to be in a hurry. If you like sushi then this is your place! *9/11/21 Adding a few pics from our last visit. We go here often and still love everything about this place. I do have to say a little live acoustic music would really add to the vibe.

Amazing and decently priced sushi. Cute place right near all the hustle and bustle on Glenwood. Loved the atmosphere and the great staff. Very friendly and fun bartender. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area.

My fiance and I have been coming here for years! And the food is always super good. I love the sweet home Alabama that has cooked chicken in it and they have the best spicy mayo in town. (Not too spicy) We love the variety of the sushi roll options and them being BOGO helps too. The atmosphere here is pretty good and we have always had great service every time we came. It is definitely busier downtown on the weekend so best to set a reservation and you will likely have to pay for parking. Unless you are fine walking a bit further to park in the free parking garage near by. Don’t forget to get your side of spicy mayo with your sushi! It’s not the same without it.

This place never disappoints me. I come here often and get the special sushi. This time, I decided to keep it simple and ordered the vegetarian one, and one with softshell crab. OMG it was the best. So of course I went again and ordered the shrimp dumplings fried and a seaweed salad. Once again THE BEST EVER! I also ordered a drink called the Ray Charles. One of the best drinks I ever had. No need to even ask if I will return. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

As always, sushi blues has been our go to place for sushi. Most of our friends are vegetarian and sushi blues Cafe has to offer wide range of such options. We usually order Billy Holiday, Lennon, avocado & Cilantro, Crunchy or The Fitzgerald. Good part of having food at Sushi Blues Cafe is it is affordable and always has Bogo offer on its Rolls. Service is little slow usually but place is always jam packed and food is worth the wait. One of the other offers which we have taken benefit of is 5 beer cans for 20 bucket which is a good deal.

The sushi and teriyaki chicken was delicious. We ordered a salad, miso soup, the Bradley Chubb, Philip Rivers, & the Ring of Fire. The Chubb and Ring of Fire were spicy but delicious and the Philip rivers was light and freshening. The salad was shareable but I wasn’t impressed by the ginger dressing it lacked a little flavor. Would definitely recommend Sushi Blues especially for the bogo sushi deal that’s a real steal.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for years. One thing I love is that the food quality is always consistently great. The service is good, and the servers are always patient, attentive,and friendly. If I had more thumbs, I would give it 3 thumbs up. Great tasting food with a chill vibe. It's my favorite place for sushi in Raleigh.
